UNI|LODER COMMITTEE WORKING PRINCIPLES DIRECTIVE

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Article 1: The UNI|LODER Committee is a representative structure run by university students who want to take part in the logistics sector in the future and who want to improve themselves and prepare for the sector. University clubs can join as members. Representation is primarily by club presidents, and is granted by the Logistics Association Board of Directors . Its purpose and scope are as follows:

MEMBERSHIP

Article 2: University logistics-related clubs may join the committee; individual membership is not permitted. However, university students may become individual members of LODER.

Article 3: Club presidents who will be members of the committee must have the following conditions:

Article 4: More than one club from a university may join the UNI|LODER committee. However, only one club from a university may serve on the committee's Board of Directors.

Article 5: UNI|LODER will operate as a committee for university student clubs. Clubs established by departments directly related to logistics or whose curriculum includes logistics-related courses will be accepted as members of this committee.

Article 6: University student clubs applying for membership must indicate the approval of the club advisor at the time of application.

Article 7: For membership, the university student club must apply to LODER in writing and be accepted.

MANAGEMENT

Article 8: Five club presidents from among the member clubs will be elected as full members and two as alternates to the UNI|LODER Committee's Board of Directors. One of the five members of the Board of Directors, comprised of the club presidents, will be elected as president. A maximum of two vice presidents may also be elected.

Article 9: Clubs will hold this election among themselves, report the results to LODER, and may begin operations upon LODER's approval.

Article 10: The term of office of the Committee's Board of Directors is one year from the date of approval. Elections must be completed by the end of October each year.

Article 11: If a university club president on the UNI|LODER Committee's Board of Directors changes for various reasons, the new president will naturally become a member of the UNI|LODER Committee's Board of Directors and will continue in office until the end of the term.

Article 12: The UNI|LODER Board of Directors may be re-elected by an extraordinary meeting before the end of the one-year term, with the approval of the LODER Board of Directors, by a unanimous vote of three-fourths of the committee members or two-thirds of the committee board members, or by a decision of the LODER Board of Directors.

Article 13: The UNI|LODER Board of Directors shall prepare an activity report at the end of the fall and spring semesters and submit it to the LODER Board of Directors.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

Article 14. UNI|LODER activities are carried out in accordance with the objectives outlined, in coordination with two consultants selected by the LODER Board of Directors, one from the LODER Board of Directors, and the other from the sector.

Article 15: All activities undertaken by UNI|LODER are implemented after being discussed and approved by the LODER Board of Directors.

ENFORCEMENT

Article 16: This directive shall enter into force as of June 25, 2019.

EXECUTION

Article 17: The Chairman of the LODER Board of Directors shall execute the provisions of this directive.
