He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Management at the Turkish Military Academy in 1988. He completed his Master's Degree in Business Administration at Süleyman Demirel University in 1998 with his thesis titled "Strategic Vision Approaches of Businesses in the Globalization Process of Businesses: An Application at Orta Anadolu Mensucat A.Ş." He completed his Doctorate in Business Administration at Dumlupınar University in 2004 with his thesis titled "WEB-Based Change Management in Organizations, A Research on the Effects of Computer Technologies on Perceptions Regarding Organizational Change." In 2013, he completed the UAK's Associate Professorship Jury and earned the title of Associate Professor in "Management and Strategy." He became a Professor at Toros University in 2019. Hazır, who has numerous international and national publications, is married and has three children. He currently serves as the Head of the International Trade and Logistics Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Toros University.

He was born in Trabzon in 1983. He completed his undergraduate education at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Karadeniz Technical University in 2005. He received his master's degree from the Department of Business Administration, Institute of Social Sciences, Karadeniz Technical University in 2008 with a thesis titled “Quality Function Deployment and an Application in a Civil Society Organization.” He completed his doctorate at the same institute in 2012 with a thesis titled “Logistics Center Location Selection Using Analytical Network Process Method: The Trabzon Example.” He received the title of associate professor in Production and Operations Management in 2017. Peker, who has published numerous articles and presentations at national and international levels, primarily on the topics of Logistics-Supply Chain Management, Multi-Criteria Decision Making Techniques, and Fuzzy Logic, is married with one child.

He completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Economics at Dokuz Eylül University in 2008. He began his master's degree in Logistics and Maritime Transportation at Dokuz Eylül University that same year, completing his master's degree in 2011 with his thesis, "An Analysis of the Economic Impact of the Çandarlı Port Projects." He is currently pursuing his PhD in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Maltepe University, which he began in 2012. Karayün, who has numerous national and international publications, currently continues his studies in the Department of International Trade and Logistics at Akdeniz University's Faculty of Applied Sciences.

He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Business Administration at the Turkish Military Academy in 1984. He completed his Master's Degree in Business Administration at Gazi University in 1989 with his thesis titled "A Rational Production Planning Model and Its Application in Battery Manufacturing Within the M.S.B. Strategy." He completed his doctorate in Business Administration at Gazi University in 2003 with his thesis titled "Internet and Virtual Marketing: A Study on E-Commerce Applications of the Retail Sector in Türkiye." During his doctoral studies, he also received training in Educational Psychology and Educational Techniques in the Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education at the same university. He is a trainer on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. In 2010, he founded Tavukçuoğlu Training and Consulting. In addition to his corporate governance and communications consultancy services, he also teaches courses, seminars, and conferences on communications, IT, perception management, and logistics at TOBB University's Continuing Education Center, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, provincial Chambers of Commerce, Chambers of Industry, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and Commodity Exchanges, public institutions, private sector educational institutions such as colleges, and companies. He is particularly interested in and conducts research on the topic of Quality of Life. He also volunteers and provides training at NGOs. He is married with one daughter.
