15th National Logistics Projects Competition

The Logistics Association (LODER) organises the Logistics Project Competition to contribute to the development of Türkiye's logistics sector. The competition is held to promote the effective and efficient use of "Knowledge", a resource that grows when shared, in the logistics sector; to enable the sector to benefit from successful logistics projects; and to recognise and commend achievements. The competition award ceremony will be held in Istanbul on 20 October 2026 as part of the Intralogistics and Warehouse Automation Solutions Summit.

The Project Competition will be held in two categories:

Category A: Corporate Applications

Category B: Start-up Applications

In the Corporate Applications Category, Ekol Lojistik received an award in 2011 for "Intermodal Transportation"; Omsan Lojistik in 2012 for "My Car Is on Vacation"; Reysaş Lojistik in 2013 for "Green Logistics"; DRN Lojistik in 2014 for "FreightArea.com | Transportation Is Now Easier"; Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç San. Tic. A.Ş. in 2015 for "Vehicle Reservation System"; Öykü Lojistik A.Ş. in 2017 for "VIP LCL"; Park Palet in 2018 for "Online Storage Marketplace"; Yıldız Holding in 2019 for "Shipment Planning Automation and Optimisation"; Defacto in 2021 for "Regional Picking and Automated Sorting Device Project"; Innoceed Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Şti in 2022 for "LTLZone Project"; Kuryenet-Lodamaster in 2024 for "Mini AGV Sorter Project"; and TURKCELL in 2025 for "From Logistics to Experience: The Transformation Journey of SIM Card Delivery". In the Start-up Category, held for the first time in 2025, Ömer ERSOY received an award for "National Fleet Cleaning Network".

Participation Requirements and Process:

  1. The competition accepts corporate or start-up entries. For projects jointly developed by different organisations or start-ups, an application may be submitted under the names of multiple organisations or start-ups.
  2. The competition consists of a single stage. The project report must be submitted in Word format as an email attachment, must not exceed 20 pages including appendices, and must be sent to [email protected] by 30 September 2026. The report must contain:
    • Cover Page
    • Summary
    • Table of Contents
    • Introduction/Purpose
    • "Main Text Providing Information on the Main Headings of the Project Evaluation Criteria"
    • Results
    • If applicable, subsections for References and Appendices must be included. Applications must state:
    • The project title
    • The full names of the organisation(s)/start-up(s) implementing the project
    • The name and contact details of the contact person
    • The category applied for must be clearly specified.
  3. Projects must be directly related to "Logistics" and/or "Supply Chain" and must have been carried out and implemented in Türkiye, or abroad by persons based in Türkiye, in or after 2020.
  4. An organisation or start-up may submit more than one application.
  5. Submitted projects will be evaluated by the competition jury, and the evaluation results will be announced on 16 October 2026. The award ceremony will be held in Istanbul on 20 October 2026.
