The Logistics Association (LODER) is organizing the Logistics Project Competition to contribute to the development of our country's logistics sector. The competition aims to support the effective and efficient use of "Information," a resource that grows when shared, in our logistics sector. It aims to ensure that the sector gains from successful logistics projects and to recognize and appreciate achievements. The competition awards ceremony will be held in Istanbul on October 9, 2024, as part of the 13th Automation Technologies in Logistics Seminar.
The Project Competition will be held in two categories:
CATEGORY A: CORPORATE APPLICATIONS
CATEGORY B: START-UP APPLICATIONS
In the Corporate Applications Category, Ekol Logistics' "Intermodal Transportation" project was submitted in 2011, Omsan Logistics' "My Car is on Vacation" project in 2012, Reysaş Logistics' "Green Logistics" project in 2013, DRN Logistics' "FreightArea.com | Shipping Now Easier" project in 2014, Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç San. Tic. A.Ş.'s "Vehicle Reservation System" project in 2015, and Öykü Logistics A.Ş.'s "Vehicle Reservation System" project in 2017. The "VIP LCL" project received awards for its projects: Park Palet's "Online Storage Marketplace" in 2018, Yıldız Holding's "Shipment Planning Automation and Optimization" in 2019, Defacto's "Regional Collection and Automatic Sorting Device Project" in 2021, and Innoceed Software and Consulting Trade Ltd.'s "LTLZone Project" in 2022.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS AND PROCESS
The competition is open to corporate and startup participants. For projects developed jointly by different institutions or startups, applications can be submitted using multiple corporate or startup titles.
The competition consists of a single stage. Project reports, including attachments and a maximum of 20 pages in Word format, must be sent to [email protected] by September 16, 2024. The report must include a cover, abstract, table of contents, introduction/purpose, main text "providing information about the main headings in the project evaluation criteria," conclusions, references, and appendixes (if applicable). Applications must include:
Projects must be directly related to "Logistics" and/or "Supply Chain" and must have been implemented and executed domestically or abroad by individuals residing in Turkey in 2020 or later.
An institution or start-up may submit more than one application.
Submitted projects will be evaluated by the competition jury, and the evaluation results will be announced on October 4, 2024. The awards ceremony will be held in Istanbul on October 9, 2024.
